Are Your Strategic Goals Influencing How Your
Instructional Coaches Get Results in the Classroom?
Creating a Culture Shift is not easy, but TOGETHER, we can help your district create a standards-based curriculum focused on student achievement through technology integration and Instructional Coaching.
Step 1: Develop a Strategic Vision
Your Strategic Vision for what classroom instruction should look like begins with your Strategic Goals and District Improvement Plans.
Once your Goals and DIP are solidified, it's time to plan and create your Technology Integration Plan which will guide you through the process.

Step 2: Support through Instructional Coaching
If your Stratetic Plan tells the world what you wish to accomplish, your Instructional Coaches serve as the “answer” for how you are going to achieve your goals.
No matter if your coaches are building based, or deployed across your district, they serve to be the conduit in the classroom to support your DIP and SIP.

Step 3: Share Your Story Through Data
As your instructional coaches enter the classroom, it's not enough to simply provide hands on mentoring.
Through strategic data collection tools and the creation of easy to follow dashboards and rubrics, your curricular and coaching team can make data-driven decisions at the building, grade level (or department) and teacher level to ultimatly help raise student achievement in the classroom.
