Craig Ashley
Craig Ashley is a Senior Product Manager responsible for product management of Windows for Education. His past areas of product responsibility include Windows To Go, DirectAccess, VPN, BranchCache, and wireless connectivity. In addition to his direct product roles, Craig focuses on education product strategy, value proposition, technical marketing and messaging across the Windows feature set. Before his current role at Microsoft, Craig led product teams at AT&T, Global Crossing, and SAVVIS focused on security, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
While a huge fan of product management, some of his best years as a professional were spent as a 5th-grade teacher in the New Jersey public school system.    He taught all subjects, but reading instruction and integrating technology into the classroom hold special places in his heart. His time in the classroom continues to directly impact his work in technology at Microsoft.
